If you look at http://webplatform.jensimmons.com/design/, there's a set of colored boxes part-way down the page.... (see also screenshot: http://monosnap.com/image/PQwKhS8sakqKzqINvhQi8lqkjuy5Cn.png) Basically the idea here is to create the beginning of a master portal into the docs from the home page. But one that for the moment serves two functions: 1) to give people an overall idea of what WPD will cover & do once it's done, and 2) show people which parts of the docs are ready vs needing work. I think this will encourage people to help out. Clearly show people that hey, we know a lot of this site is empty & under construction. Show people, hey, these are the reference docs you can use already.... So here's my question: What technologies should be listed in each of these four sections. 1) Ready to Use 2) Almost Done 3) In Progress 4) Coming Later And of course -- do we want four buckets? (Or three?) Are these names good names? But most importantly, are the technologies listed in each bucket the right ones? What can go into "Ready to Use"? What else should be under "Coming Later"?
