Hi, PhistucK & WooCaSh & all!

I'm trying to assign WooCaSh the longhand properties for text-underline on the WPW page.[1]

The most recent spec I see that defines the longhand properties is the 2003 W3C CR spec.[2]

"The 'text-underline' property is the shorthand for 'text-underline-style'<http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#text-underline-style>, 'text-underline-width'<http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#text-underline-width>, 'text-underline-color'<http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#text-underline-color>, 'text-underline-mode'<http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#text-underline-mode> and 'text-underline-position'<http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/CR-css3-text-20030514/#text-underline-position>." Interestingly, text-underline-width is listed as one of the longhand values, but not listed in the value field of the following table. (After that, only text-underline-position is further spec'd,[3] although it's not in the latest working draft.[4])

So, unless someone says otherwise, I've assign WooCaSh to:

'text-underline-style', 'text-underline-width', 'text-underline-color', and 'text-underline-mode'. ('text-underline-position' was already done.)

Are you sure about the syntax section?
Syntax
text-underline: text-underline-mode
text-underline: text-underline-position
text-underline: text-underline-style
text-underline: text-underline-color

Is it enough to just write text-underline: before-edge?
(I am not familiar with this module)

Actually, what specification document specifies the text-underline property? I only find the text-underline-position<http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-text-decor-3/#text-underline-position-property> property within the Text Decoration module. And it specifies completely different values (the working draft version specifies them, too)...

"Unicode Standard [UNICODE] as category 'Zs'" should cite its reference, link to the standard and to the category, help the reader get all of the information they need or could use.

The wiki page says "W3C Candidate Recommendation" - you should also link to the said candidate recommendation specification (within the "Related Specifications" section).
