Re: working on text-underline property finished

Sorry for the really late response, but I believe there is no reason to add
these properties (other than to redirect to the standards oriented version
of them) - they do not seem to be supported anywhere and are not part of
any current or emerging standards.

Like you wrote, only text-underline-position is relevant, but not the rest.
