Hello Webplatform pals.

My brother @rubenmedios and I @nestorrojas would like to volunteer to
translate Webplatform to spanish language, we've already translated the Web
Standards Curriculum for the Web Educacion Community Group and  we are
pleased to collaborate with the WebPlatform initiative.
