Distributing bugs to share the workload?

Hi, everyone:

I'm noticing that the content bugs
(https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/buglist.cgi?product=webplatform.org&componen
t=content&resolution=---&list_id=3743) are mostly assigned to Garbee and
Chris. Other bug categories are also not very distributed amongst us.

Do we want to set up a process for triaging bugs for the purposes of
reassigning them? Or do we want to email the list of bugs and ask for
volunteers to "take" some bugs over?

How should we get these bugs distributed?
