Compatibility Table Plugin

Hi,

I'm looking at writing a MediaWiki plugin to pull in, cache and then serve
up the data from caniuse.com for the compatibility tables on Web Platform.

At the moment I plan to work against a standard install of MediaWiki, but
it would be far better if I could work against a copy of the live site. Is
this available anywhere for cloning?
