By "trust" do you mean: Trust in the Web payments system, the ability of actors to trust each other, or something else? Is this a question of technical trust in the capabilities of the system, or counterparty trust in a financial exchange, or being able to trust that an individual/organization is who they say they are wrt. a particular financial transaction? What do you mean by "usability security", it's a term I'm not familiar with.
