Introduction to the lightning network

Following up on the previous thread, as there was some interest, I wrote up
an introduction to the lightning network, and how you can try it out.  It
will be possible to see how micropayments are achieved on the web for the
first time.

I'm interested in the pay wall use case, using this technology.  I hope we
can make a recipe or RFC around it.

Also interested in other standardization work around this topic.
