VOTE: Web Payments CG Charter and Work Items

Hi all,

As resolved on the Web Payments CG call yesterday[1][2][3], the polls
are now open for an official vote on the Web Payments Community Group
Charter:

http://www.addpoll.com/msporny/survey/web-payments-community-group-charter

and the Work Items for this group:

http://www.addpoll.com/msporny/survey/web-payments-cg-work-items

The polls will remain open until January 31st 2014. Please make sure to
vote sooner than later.

If you are a member of this group[4], you can vote with the following
caveats:

1. Only one vote per organization is allowed (to prevent ballot stuffing).
2. All poll data will be made public after the vote closes (to ensure
transparency). If you don't want how you voted to be known, use an alias
for your name and have two people on the mailing list vouch for the
legitimacy of that alias (to strike a balance between people that desire
anonymity and anonymous ballot stuffing). If you are asked to vouch for
someone, make sure that they're a member of this group[4] before vouching.

The first poll is to determine how we operate this group. The second
poll is to determine which work items we view as in-scope. Note that the
"Work Items" in the Charter Proposal are blank for this reason (they
will be determined by the second poll).

For the purposes of transparency and archival, the detailed results of
these polls will be posted on February 1st, 2014 to this mailing list.
