Re: [w3c/payment-handler] Add .clear() to map-likes (#129)

Update: after some feedback from Joshua Bell, Ali Alabbas, Rouslan Solomakhin, and Mike Smith, there seems to be some agreement that:

 * reusing an "async map-like" would be great, but
 * Async map-like  is neither defined nor implemented in any browsers
