RE: WPIG inventory of main regulations

Dear all,

In case this is not included, please note the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority mandate for Open Banking. https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases/review-of-banking-for-small-and-medium-sized-businesses-smes-in-the-uk

The CMA have mandated the 9 largest retail banks to expose product and reference data associated with personal and business current accounts via an API by the end of Q1 2017 (and transactional data by 2018).

Many thanks,

Lauren Jones

Dear Jean-Yves,

Please find attached input for the inventory of main regulations. It contains a number of links of what I think are relevant regulations in the EU, some in particular for the euro area.

Feel free to further enrich and to use in the telco this Monday.

Best,
Jurgen
