I also agree about the importance of considering the unbanked in what we are doing.

One of the major themes of this year's UN IGF is connecting the next billion. I have been inputting to the inter sessional work on this and have described the W3C payments initiative. The draft inputs are now on the web site. Manu are you planning to do anything at the next IGF? Do you want me to push this work as a sub-theme?

I am just suggesting that overall, in our documentation combining the unbanked/underbanked and persons with disabilities in improving their economic/financial inclusion and self-sufficiency - kind of eloquently covers a broad range in one sentence that has a truly impactful meaning.

Goal to "advance and improve the economic/financial inclusion and self-sufficiency for the unbanked, underbanked and persons with disabilities"

We should specifically call out what Katie is suggesting wrt. financial inclusion in the Vision document:

"to advance or improve the economic/financial inclusion for the unbanked and underbanked"

It looks like we already have something in there for people with disabilities.
