A minor issue, but most OWL constructs have a rdfs:label property in the 
RDF schema (OWL Reference. appendix B).  Only AnnotationProperty and 
OntologyProperty, however, do not have such a label.  This seems 
inconsequent and is awkward for RDF tools that use the labels for 
visualizing the schema in a GUI.
