We discussed:

• Security review response
• Privacy review refresh
• Double-precision baseline implementation of WebNN operations for testing
• WebNN API open pull requests

We made the following resolution:

The WebML WG recommends its incubator WebML CG to adopt webnn-baseline as a new deliverable per "Test Suites and Other Software" provision to help demonstrate Web Neural Network API implementation experience

We encourage everyone to help review the webnn-baseline initial implementation, or parts of it:
