Hi all,

I’ve opened a new discussion in https://github.com/w3c/WebID/discussions/50 focusing on specifying our use of lazy consensus and, in particular, on whether to set a minimum participation threshold and what it should be set to.

This thread is meant as a companion thread to the discussion on GitHub as I know some of you would rather use this list.
