That ultimately aids evaluation for all parties that are interested :-) For instance, I know certificates (entity type: rdf:Resource) and keys (entity type: rdf:Resource) are related via a "has" relation. I know agents (entity type: foaf:Agent) and certificates are related via an "owns" relation. That said, it's unclear to me if that's what's being discussed/debated .
