Action-61 -- suggested revision of product list

This suggestion may be imperfect, but I think it will be 
a lot more useful than what we now have.

I think every action and issue will need to be reviewed and 
assigned to the appropriate new product.  

I do not think simply renaming existing products will achieve 
the necessary and desired result, because some current products
aren't really products (e.g., liaison, wiki), and even those
that are don't *quite* correspond to the new divisions.

Thoughts appreciated!
