Has W3C logo always been the present one?

To whom it may concern,

I am an Italian student at the Pisa University currently working on a project<https://www.progettohmr.it/> about IT history. In particular, I am trying to collect material about W3C birth.
I largely search the internet and the W3C, but I could not be able to find what I am searching for.

It would be really helpful if you could send me:

  *   W3C original logo (used in October 1994)
  *   CSS1<https://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS1-961217.html> logo

I am afraid I am not addressing this request to the right entity, in that case I really apologise for wasting your time.
