WOFF 2.0 serving/experiment update for Google Fonts

Quick update...

As a continuation of the serving experiment, we have increased the % of the
Google Fonts collection that we are serving as WOFF 2.0 for Chrome/36 to
75%.  Things are continuing to look good.

Go WOFF 2.0!
