FWIW, the SIL Graphite tables (Silf, Glat, Gloc, Sill, Feat) do not follow
the guidelines/conventions either. Adding to the confusion (for me at
least) the Graphite features table 'Feat' uses the same name (different
case) as the Apple/TrueType 'feat' table.
