WOFF metadata - spec prose vs. RNG

Hello WG,

I made one more pass through the metadata portion of the spec to make sure that the two documents (prose and RNG) match. I did find the differences that I think need to be addressed in RNG:

-          vendor element: 'name' attribute is required in the spec / RNG has it as optional;

-          credit element: 'role' attribute is optional in the spec / required in RNG (?);

-          description element: 'text' element is optional / required in RNG (?);

-          licensee element: 'name' attribute is required, 'dir' and 'class' are optional / all three are required in RNG (?);
