Re: Touch Events v1 Ready for Publication

Thanks Doug!

One addition I like to see in LCWDs is a link to the LC's comment 
tracking document. However, I don't think that is critical. (Also, if 
you do make any changes to the doc before it is symlinked to 
TR/touch-events/, please update the Web IDL reference to this summer's 
LCWD).

Given the timing of Cathy's email from yesterday, I presume we want to 
consider them as LC comments:

(My take is that addressing those comments would not invalidate an 
implementation of the LC as it is today.)
