Thanks Doug! One addition I like to see in LCWDs is a link to the LC's comment tracking document. However, I don't think that is critical. (Also, if you do make any changes to the doc before it is symlinked to TR/touch-events/, please update the Web IDL reference to this summer's LCWD).
