Info Tech is using the W3C WebCryptoAPI in production for digital signatures in our Doc Express product (https://docexpress.com/). Doc Express can be used by transportation system owners (such as state departments of transportation) to share construction documents with contractors, suppliers, labs, consultants, and others. Doc Express allows the owner to specify whether a particular type of document must be signed, and if so, whether a simple electronic signature is acceptable or a digital signature is required. Currently the Iowa DOT is using Doc Express digital signatures on selected projects to sign road and bridge construction contractors following award. Beginning in August 2016 they will require that all construction contracts be signed that way. Charlie
