Editorial / style bugs

I filed some minor editorial bugs which I will address today. The list
_still_ isn't copied, so here they are:

interfaces have attributes, dictionaries have members etc.

terminology for string matching and link
Bug 24946 <https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24946> - Avoid
use of <dl class="switch"> for 'If <error> then ... otherwise...'
Bug 24947 <https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24947> - Specify
correct WebIDL conversion for algorithm parameters
