JavaScript-only test suite project - action-29

Dear all,

Resending Chris contribution, as for strange reason this mail does not appear in our mailing list archives.
It gives me a chance to associate it with the corresponding action about testing environment.
Should also be associated with our issue-10 about pure .js environment, right ?
