The preceding week is IIW.  For those of us going to that staying in SF for an extra 4 days is probably an extra $4000 or so in hotel.

I at least would rather get the F2F meeting out of the way on the preceding Friday.   Any Bay Area office space is probably fine.

It is the combination of IIW and RSA on adjacent week that is causing some of us to try and optimize our travel.   If it needs to be Thursday I will work around that.

Quick question: I heard through the grapevine that there's a request to hold a WebAuthn WG f2f meeting during the week of RSA again. Historically, we've always done that on the Thursday (which will fall on April 27th this year). I heard the request was for either the previous week or the Monday. Is anyone specifically not able to do Thursday? 'cause if we can do Thursday I can probably help with logistics and get us space in Google SF. On Monday I'm already committed at this point.

Can we sort this out over email or do we need a poll or something?
