The website I have been using for test plan development is Hiptest: https://hiptest.net/ I chose this over a Excel spreadsheet because its easier to organize, and it’s online and collaborative. It is normally a commercial tool but it is free to non-profit organizations, so we have the ability to create an unlimited number of accounts. Unless there are concerns, I would recommend that we create a test plan in Hiptest to agree on the scope of the tests, and then when the test plan has stabilized we can export it and archive it with the rest of the W3C documents. Assuming that works, people can start sending me their email addresses and I will invite them to participate in the W3C WebAuthn project. Thanks, Adam
