presently the spec says this regarding the returned values from the 
authenticatorMakeCredential operation:
```
On successful completion of this operation, the authenticator returns 
the type and unique identifier of this new credential to the user 
agent.
```
One notable issue is that it does not mention the conveyance of the 
newly-generated WRP-specific attested public key
