Sorry about the delay; the QA WG hasn't found the cycles yet to process
your proposed answer; there was one comment that the title of the new
good practice ("Extensibility conformance") doesn't make sense (I guess
"Extensibility and conformance" is what was intended).

The QA WG is meeting F2F at the end of next week; if you can wait till
then to get the WG official answer, I'll make sure we address this early
on our agenda; if not, I guess you can take our silence as approbation.
