There's good discussion going on in the TAG review
<https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/582>, and it's worth
reviewing the proposal in this forum, though I expect it to end up as part
of HTML.

* Post-Spectre Web Development
<https://mikewest.github.io/post-spectre-webdev/> might be something this
group is interested in working on for publication as a Note.
