TPAC 2018 - Remote participation

Hi webappsec chairs,

Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend TPAC in person. But the TPAC
website says it's possible for working groups to get special TPAC WebEx
access[1].

So, I would like to request that the webappsec working group asks for
the ability to allow for remote participation.
