Last call: Obsoleting CORS

On today's call we agreed to request that the Director start the review
process to obsolete the now-ancient CORS spec. Since attendance was light
I'll give people a day or two to register an objection. Since no one
objected when I brought this up last month hopefully there won't be any
surprises.
