Current testing wishlist?

Do we have a current wishlist for test creation/updates in webappsec?  I
know we had one the last time I was poking at the tests, but that was
several years ago and I can't seem to find my bookmark.  A quick scan of
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests didn't turn up an obvious link,
but I suspect I'm looking in the wrong place.
