As a proof of concept, consider:

* https://not-the-real-webappsec.github.io/clear-site-data/
* https://not-the-real-webappsec.github.io/upgrade-insecure-requests/

and

* https://github.com/not-the-real-webappsec/clear-site-data
* https://github.com/not-the-real-webappsec/upgrade-insecure-requests
* https://github.com/not-the-real-webappsec/not-the-real-webappsec.github.io
/

That's basically the way I think we'd end up doing this.
