Hello WebApps! At the TPAC meeting<https://www.w3.org/2018/10/22-WebPlat-minutes.html#item06> we had with you in Lyon France, you kindly offered to provide input on how we might add our vocabularies for personalization to web content. At that meeting you thought seeing our vocabulary in a single concise document would give you the data needed to advise us on an architectural approach that would both do the job and be most likely to achieve uptake from browsers. To this end we have pulled out the personalization vocabularies<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/personalization-semantics/value-list/vocabulary-list/index.html> into a single document which lists what is a token, URI and text attributes. Note we may still change some of these as this is not a final complete set and any feedback you have we would appreciate. To give you additional context here are some use cases and user stories<https://github.com/w3c/personalization-semantics/wiki/Use-cases> you may find useful. Below we have included our current explainer document along with the three modules we have been working on where this vocabulary list above has been pulled from. Note the implementation examples used in these modules will change based on how we end up implementing this, which is primarily what we are looking for your guidance on. We would like to continue the discussion with you. In particular we are eager to conclude our discussion of way to implement personalization in content in the near future and hope we can conduct follow-up discussion with you all in the next few weeks once you have had a chance to review this.
