All - WebApps' draft charter (formally being reviewed by consortium Members through Sept 10 [1]) includes the following text about "Fetching resources": [[ <http://www.w3.org/2015/07/web-platform-wg.html#network> Fetching resources The Group MAY also define the mechanisms to fetch resources using the HTTP protocol and its extensions. ]] Yves, Xiaoqian, Philippe - would you please clarify your expectations for this deliverable and who requested it be added? As you know, historically, the group has only added deliverables to its charter if there is a draft specification the charter can reference as well as commitments from group members to work on the various stages of the process.
