1. File API: happy to move towards LC. Only active bug is a platform bug:

which applies to FileAPIís use of the incumbent settings object for origin determination of Blob URLs.

2. FileSystem API: http://w3c.github.io/filesystem-api/Overview.html

Plan: get feedback from implementors, fix the spec and resolve the spec.ís issues. Thanks to Ali Alabbas from the IE Platform Team for some early feedback.
