CfC: publish WD of Clipboard API and events; deadline March 26

Hallvord has made a number of changes since the last publication of 
Clipboard API and events (last published in Feb 2012). As such, this is 
a Call for Consensus to publish a new WD of this spec using the ED as 
the basis:

   <http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/clipops/clipops.html>

Agreement to this proposal: a) indicates support for publishing a new 
WD; and b) does not necessarily indicate support of the _contents_ of 
the WD.

If you have any comments or concerns about this proposal, please reply 
to this e-mail by March 26 at the latest. Positive response to this CfC 
is preferred and encouraged and silence will be assumed to mean 
agreement with the proposal.
