[shadow-dom] spec markup

Hi folks,

Attempting to parse the shadow-dom spec to gather test coverage data. Turns out the markup significantly departs from other specs. Not sure if the spec is edited using a special tool or by hand.

Regardless, adding a className of "idl" to WebIDL blocks would go a long way.

Think that's doable?
