Face to Face on Shadow DOM and CSS interactions

Thanks to Dmitry Glazkov there will be a face to face meeting on 21 June,  
in Silicon Valley, to discuss Shadow DOM and its interactions with CSS.

An initial meeting page has been set up at  
http://www.w3.org/wiki/Webapps/WebComponentsJune2013Meeting - more details  
will be added. To register for the meeting, please contact Dmitry as noted  
in that page.

It will also be possible to attend remotely through Zakim/IRC as usual.  
Again, please let Dmitry knowif you expect to attend so we can ensure the  
correct number of lines are reserved on the bridge.

The group approved the extraordinary short notice in the Call for  
Consensus resolved today:

The chairs would like to thank Dmitry for taking the initiative to make  
this a formal meeting, allowing us to use the standard group  
infrastructure for people to participate remotely.
