Not blocking anything, I am just baffled by the concept that we need to 
agree to tell people the truth, and by the concept that if we agree to not 
work on something, we have to do more work than if we don't agree.

FWIW, I just updated the editor's draft to be clear that nobody is 
implementing the specification. If the WG wants to put a copy of this on 
the TR/ page, as always, that's fine by me.
