We should really consider publishing a new working draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/IndexedDB/ as soon as we get the major async/setVersion
changes in.  The version up on the web is _really_ out of date, but it's the
first hit on Google (second on Bing :-) so I'm concerned that we're going to
be really confusing people.  Especially since Mozilla has shipped a
prototype version.
