New mailing list for Web Performance

   While the official announcement will come later, I would like to give a
heads-up about
a new mailing list,
public-web-perf@w3.org<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-web-perf/>.
This
mailing list will focus on discussion related
to Web performance, including the
WebTiming<http://dev.w3.org/2006/webapi/WebTiming/>draft.
