RfR: Web Storage tests; deadline March 15

Jong Heun has fixed the issues Alex raised so let's extend the review 
another week (March 15). If you review the tests, please report your 
findings.

I am also interested in whether or not you consider this test suite 
sufficient to test conformance of the Candidate Recommendation and if 
not, what are the issues.
