Adding Shadow DOM test suites

Hi,

Our team is working on improving Shadow DOM test suite.
This is a subsequent effort of what Dominic announced before:

The development is happening here:

I just pushed a snapshot to upstream:

Further update will follow as the spec and/or the test suite gets polished.
