[w3c/gamepad] Timestamp attribute description does not consider updates to Gamepad.touches (Issue #236)

nondebug created an issue (w3c/gamepad#236)

In the <dd> for the `Gamepad.timestamp` attribute, it says "The timestamp allows the author to determine the last time the axes or buttons attribute for this gamepad was updated." It should also include the touches attribute.
