Hi @lolaodelola, no problem.

Although, I thought the review was for all the sections of the specifications other than DID URL Dereferencing. 

We have marked the DID URL Dereferencing section as at risk for this CR as it required significant group discussion to reach consensus. Once we have finalized the spec text (nearly there) we will be creating another CR, your review over this section then would be most welcome.

Just to flag, there is no real value in providing review of the DID URL Dereferencing spec text in this CR. It is likely to change quite significantly. Thanks
