Hi @lolaodelola just following up on this.

This is potentially blocking our transition request here: https://github.com/w3c/transitions/issues/823#issuecomment-5144560515

This review is potentially blocking our move into CR and our charter is running out. Is TAG okay with us moving into CR with the expectation that any further issues identified by TAG review will be addressed during CR?

As mentioned, DID URL Dereferencing is marked at risk and the feature is being actively refactored. You can follow our progress on this PR https://github.com/w3c/did-resolution/pull/344
