Re: [w3c/manifest] editorial: fix typos, grammar, and a stray definition (PR #1233)

## Pull request overview

This PR makes editorial-only updates to the Manifest specification prose, primarily correcting grammar/typos and removing an unused definition that was triggering ReSpec’s `no-unused-dfns` lint warning (per #1227).

**Changes:**
- Removes the stray “and” and drops the unreferenced `<dfn>cannot be used together</dfn>` definition in the Orientation member text.
- Fixes multiple grammar/typo issues (articles, verb agreement, missing “to”, and a misspelling).
