monica-ch left a comment (w3c/ServiceWorker#1099) Effectively done — automated spec build is in place via GitHub Actions (.github/workflows/generate.yml using [w3c/spec-prod](https://github.com/w3c/spec-prod) and per-PR preview rendering via .pr-preview.json. Travis-based CI is superseded by the modern GitHub Actions setup, which is what Notifications and other WHATWG/W3C repos have also migrated to.
